  1. What payment methods can I use?

    All She Wrote accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express


  2. What if I am not pleased with my selection – can I return this purchase?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. Online purchases are returnable for store credit within 14 days of shipping date. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise as All She Wrote can not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost merchandise. If you live near one of our store locations, you can bring your item in for an exchange also.

    Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return.

    Unfortunately, personalized items and holiday items are NOT refundable. Please be sure to double check spelling before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but can not be guaranteed.

  3. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

    Gift receipts will be included with all packages sent and the recipient may return their items within 14 days of the date on the receipt.


  4. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

    Please call us immediately and we will do our best to replace the item if necessary. Keep all packaging material along with the item in case it is a shipping issue as UPS requires the original box.


  5. Do you have gift certificates?

    All She Wrote has gift certificates available in any denomination. Please call us or email and we can ship it out immediately.
