On-The-Go Smoothie Recipe

Recently, our to do list has seemed longer than there are hours in the day. In need of a simple snack, we teamed up with our friend and Chicago blogger for her go-to smoothie recipe. Megan, from Sparkles & Sprinkles, whipped up this stress-free recipe that we can't wait to try!



Ingredients (makes one smoothie)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
6 oz nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (or any yogurt will work here)
1 Tbs all-natural creamy peanut butter
Big handful of fresh spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Big handful of fresh spinach
Instructions
Blend the banana on the highest speed until whipped. Add remaining ingredients in order and blend until spinach is completely blended. Pour into your favorite glass (we love this adorable Lilly Pulitzer tumbler) and enjoy!
