ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous retail or sales management experience
  • Flexible schedule - including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Positive attitude, works well with others 
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, no matter the situation
  • Adapts quickly and jumps in where needed 
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with care
  • Organized, with a great eye for details
  • Professional phone and email etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Operationally open and close retail store
  • Cultivate a warm and welcoming environment for clients 
  • Daily management of online and in-store sales 
  • Prep and price merchandise for display 
  • Restock product and tidy work environment daily
  • Prepare order forms for monogrammed and personalized goods 
  • Conduct consultations for custom stationery and wedding invitations
  • Act as liaison between vendors and clients
