Of course! We try our best to list every product online, but if you are unable to locate it, shoot us an email at email@example.com with your name and contact information. Customer service emails are answered Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order number and details about how to contact us if you have any questions! You will receive another confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All She Wrote carefully prepares and packs each order from our shop in Chicago. Orders ship Monday through Friday and are fulfilled within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. For personalized items and holiday orders, please allow up to a week for processing.
Currently, we charge a flat rate of $12 for UPS ground shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We pride ourselves on not making a profit on shipping, however shipping is expensive, especially for small brick and mortars like us. We thank you for shopping small and for your understanding of costs!

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your order! If for any reason you are not, All She Wrote accepts returns within 30 days of purchase given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the product at the shop, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
